Ron Effland has over thirty years of experience in roadway design and safety. For the last 16 years, Ron has specialized in ACTAR certified accident reconstruction work. He has also spent over 16 years educating ADA compliance and transition plans to Missouri Department of Transportation staff, consultants, contractors and local agencies

He has also spent over 16 years educating ADA compliance and transition plans to Missouri Department of Transportation staff, consultants, contractors and local agencies . He founded Effland Consulting in 2019 after retiring from MoDOT.
